Quality Policy

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

*Keeping communication and training in the foreground in order to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, by following modern technological developments in the food supplement and cosmetic products production sector in which we operate, to meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing hygienic conditions at every stage of production, to offer quality and hygienic products; In this direction, we undertake to comply with the legal regulations, the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP standards, to continuously improve its effectiveness and to ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.

 

HYGIENE POLICY

*To determine and control physical, chemical and biological hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, and to ensure that they are produced safely in accordance with health and hygiene rules.

PERSONAL HYGIENE AND JEWELRY POLICY

*It is not allowed to enter the production areas without protective clothing or bonnet. No jewelery can be worn while working in production areas and during field visits. Protective clothing should be used in a way that is clean and caps cover ears and hair completely. The cleaning of the protective clothing is provided by the applications carried out by our company.

SMOKING AND MEAL POLICY

*Smoking and eating or drinking are prohibited in our production and storage areas and locker rooms. Warning signs are posted in places where they can be seen. Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.

POLICY OF ENTRANCE TO PRODUCTION AREAS

*Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas by wearing special clothing, bonnets and subject to visitor checklist. Care should be taken not to bring allergen products to our production area and to leave the visits to the areas with allergens at the end and to prevent contamination.

FOREIGN SUBSTANCE POLICY

*In our production areas, breakable glass, plastic, wood and metal materials (sharpeners / knives, staples, paper clips, pins, pallets, etc.) have been removed from use in order to prevent foreign materials that may cause physical contamination. The existing glass and fragile plastic materials and metal equipment are protected.

PERSONNEL’S HEALTH CONTROL POLICY

*Periodic health examinations of the personnel are made by us. In cases of contagious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, sneezing, the employee is removed from the production area by productipn manager and sent to health control.

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

*To maintain all our processes with a life cycle perspective in order to prevent negative impacts and pollution arising from our activities for a sustainable future, to protect the environment and to increase our environmental performance.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

*To follow the best occupational health and safety practices in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and prevent work accidents.
